Cost: $125/hour prepaid. $150/hour for Net 30 terms.

• Weekly offsite Image, Website and Database backups
• Server and Database rebooting as needed or on request
• Daily monitoring of server uptime, errors, and hacking attempts
• Access to trouble-ticket system to manage requests and problems
• Support available during business hours M-F only.
• Additional hours of support on request cost $100 per hour

SLA: 1 business day.
Cost: $100/month, minimum 3 month contract. Price adjustable at the end of contract periods.

• Up to 1 hour per month with no rollover of unused time providing:
  • All routine website maintenance issues such as minor bug fixes, minor code changes, configuration, email and server updates.
  • Security upgrades to server and store.
  • Email advice and support

Cost: $250/month, minimum 3 month contract. Price adjustable at the end of contract periods.

• All of the above, increasing the total hours to a maximum of 2.
• Analytics assistance – interpreting analytics and server usage reports.
• Priority “Jump the Queue” handling of all requests.
• 365 days per year support, night and weekend support at no extra cost.

Cost: $500/month, minimum 3 month contract. Price adjustable at the end of contract periods.
